Soft is a bathroom design for the future, catering to the needs of an ageing population. This design incorporates features to assist the elderly such as assistive lighting, a soft robotics chair and integrated support rails. To meet the needs of a more energy conservative future it has been designed so that the units would be able to stack on top of each other to assist in recycling the grey water and designed to have a small footprint. This design utilises emerging technology such as greywater recycling systems, soft robotics and AI to create a softer bathing environment.
